Q:Do you have group rides?

A:We do and we hope you can join us on one! Check out our event calendar to learn more or sign up for our mailing list to hear about upcoming weekly/special event road and mountain rides.

Q:Do you buy used bikes?

A:We will gladly take donations (old/used/unwanted) bicycles which we donate to an amazing local organization www.neighborhoodbikeworks.org Or if that isn't an option for you, we can possibly sell your used bike through a consignment program (it depends on the quality and condition of the bicycle if the mechanic deems the bicycle sellable and safe). Contact your local Keswick Cycle or bring your bicycle to the shop for more information.

Q:Do you have parking?

A:We have parking at both locations. In Glenside there are two (2) options directly at the shop with a lot in the front and back of the shop and plenty of street parking. In University City (West Philly) we have a private small lot in the back, a gravel lot also in the back and plenty of street parking as well.

Q:Do you sell kids bikes?

A:We most certainly do and we have a great selection. We like to see kids on bikes at a young age so we offer everything from a balance bike (toddlers can master one of these in no time) to training wheels to their first big kid bike with a hand brake or gears! We know buying a bike for your child can seem exciting/ scary/ overwhelming/ confusing - so we make it easy for you to find the best fit possible. We're all great with kids and a lot of employees are parents themselves. We also carry cool accessories for kid's bikes and have helmets in a ton of different sizes for all baby to toddler to little kiddo sized heads.

Q:Do you service bicycles?

A:Yes we do! Whether you got your bike at one of our two locations, got it somewhere else or you've had it for years and have no idea where it came from - we work on almost all types/brands/price points/color/style of bicycle. Our mechanics will check your bike over (A quick look over) to see what service is needed before we work on it. Check out our services page for more info on rates or stop by one of the shops and speak to a mechanic today!

Q:How do I know what size bicycle I need?

A:This is a pretty common question - so don't panic! There's never a quick answer to this because, well, it all depends. Your height is a good starting point to get a ballpark size range going, but the professional staff in both of our shops need to know a little more about YOU before we can recommend a size. The bottom line: Everyone is different! Someone at 5'5" might have really short arms and legs as the next person who is also 5'5". The size question is a big one, but your best bet is coming into a shop and working with one of us!
